In June 2011, we received a letter from a new customer, it read:

”We have had the pleasure of purchasing a Renegade motor coach and trailer this spring and wish to thank you for having a dealer network that excels in customer service.  Part of our decision to purchase a Renegade was a 2 hour comprehensive tour of your factory last September which reinforced what many people had told us about the quality of your product.  I also must note that we never feel awkward about calling any of your divisions in your company with questions.”

That customer then brought his rig to Renegade to visit…
